   Kiyah Hines, affectionately known as Ms. Gems, is the Founder of Credit Gems® and CEO of Allegiance Management. She is a financial professional, credit expert, and financial coach with more than 12 years of experience in finance and eight years as a board-certified consumer and business credit expert.

   Kiyah built Credit Gems® from a deep understanding of how credit, financial literacy, and strategic guidance can transform lives. Her work is rooted in helping individuals and entrepreneurs move from financial confusion to clarity by equipping them with the education, systems, and support needed to make informed decisions and build stronger foundations.

   Her academic background includes a degree in Business Administration from DeVry University, along with additional studies from Howard University and Cornell University in Financial Planning and Women's Entrepreneurship, reflecting her commitment to both excellence and lifelong learning.

   Before founding Credit Gems®, Kiyah's experience in finance and the automotive space gave her firsthand insight into the gaps many people face when trying to understand and manage their credit. That insight became the foundation for a brand designed to educate, empower, and elevate.
