By accessing the Credit Gems® website, purchasing any digital product, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Credit Gems® provides financial education, credit consulting, restoration coaching, business funding readiness, and related digital tools. We are not a law firm, lender, or credit repair organization governed by CROA in jurisdictions where exemptions apply for educational services.

All services are educational in nature. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and adherence to recommended strategies. We make no guarantees regarding specific score increases or funding approvals.

Digital products (templates, scripts, lists, courses, and downloadable tools) are licensed for personal, single-user use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish any portion of our materials without prior written consent.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. Once a product has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.

Booked sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Information shared during consultations is confidential. You agree to provide accurate information so we can serve you effectively.

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the selected service or product. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.

All content — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and proprietary frameworks like the Credit File Control Method™ — is owned by Credit Gems® and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the education, tools, or guidance provided by Credit Gems®. Our role is to educate and guide; the work and execution remain yours.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using our materials, including consumer credit and lending regulations in your jurisdiction.
